Hair transplant failed in less than a year any real long term solution

Hi I am living in Alavus
Last year I went to Turkey for a hair transplant and at first I was really happy with the results
My hair looked fuller and I felt better looking in the mirror
But after some time it started falling out again and now it is almost back to how it was before


I honestly thought hair transplant was a permanent solution something that would last for life
So it was really disappointing to see it go back to this point in less than a year
It has been tough both emotionally and financially


Now I am trying to figure out if there is a more lasting and effective solution
Maybe I did something wrong during the aftercare
Maybe the method or clinic was not the right one
I really do not know


But this time I want something that truly works and gives long term results
Living in a small town like Alavus makes it hard to find good options
But if I can find a trustworthy place I am willing to travel back to Turkey again
I just do not want to go through the same thing again
