I came from Austria and made a deal with Time Esthetic for a facelift and zirconium teeth I paid a total of 80000 euros I stayed in Turkey for 15 days In the beginning everything looked perfect They were friendly kind and seemed professional during the procedure
But after I returned home serious problems started to appear
The right side of my face remained swollen and my facial expression was distorted
Some stitches opened and infection developed
There was hardness pain and numbness under my chin
After the zirconium crowns I felt strong sensitivity and pain
My gums became inflamed and my jaw no longer closed properly eating and speaking became difficult
I informed Time Esthetic about all these problems but most of the time I got no reply and when I did they just ignored the issue
Nobody cared and I was left completely alone
I paid 80000 euros and in return I got neither proper health service nor support I only returned home with physical and emotional damage
This situation caused me great disappointment and I want to say this clearly I am not just a customer I am a patient and I have rights
I am seriously considering taking legal action and sharing my experience on every platform so others do not suffer like I did
